Meet the Team

Terry Melkus, Managing Principal

Using both of her passions, education and business, Terry Melkus started her consulting business in 2007 to help others take a systematic approach to training and developing employees. She successfully grows their business while keeping the focus on customer and employee satisfaction.

Terry's dream to teach others came to fruition as she climbed the corporate ladder twelve years ago and became a trainer, instructional developer, manager, and a director with a Fortune 500 company. Today, as an entrepreneur, Terry uses customized training programs, professional development programs, customer satisfaction programs, and employee satisfaction programs to empower others to be the best they can be. F R Butch Howard - Principal Consultant

Mr. Howard was born in Macon, Georgia and currently resides in Charleston. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. He also has an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Howard worked with Georgia Power Company for 38 years. With Georgia Power, he worked in both corporate and in field offices in Transmission and Distribution. His technical work included engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of power lines. His other duties included management of employee development and training, computer systems, emergency preparedness, workforce development programs, corporate performance goal setting, down-sizing, reorganizations, succession planning, performance management, project management and employee hiring and promotion processes. Mr. Howard also taught a number of courses at Georgia Power.

Mr. Howard now works with ADDIE Solutions to provide businesses with complete line of Human Resources Consulting and Training. He specializes in business consulting including coaching in management, supervision, leadership and personal effectiveness, process improvement, employee selection and emergency preparedness. His training workshops include Teamwork, Leadership, Personal DISCernment Inventory, Communications, Time Management, Emergency Preparedness and Conflict Resolution.
