The online reference tool is a user-friendly consistent communication vehicle that contains real-time information relevant to performing your front-line employee’s job.  Since your front-line employee has direct communication with your Customer, the tool is most notably used by your employees to reference the company’s policies and procedures (P&Ps).  By using this tool, employee error rates will decrease, procedure accuracy will increase, and most importantly customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction will elevate to high levels. 

Our Management of Change (MOC) process ensures that the online reference tool is 100% accurate 100% of the time.  The MOC process also requires that every change, addition, or update within the online reference tool is communicated via the Home Page and includes a hyperlink to the details of the revision. 

The reference tool is also the backbone in our High Performance Training Solutions (HPTS), as it contains all of the Who, What, Where, and Why’s within the Training portion of the tool.  When our HPTS call for operational P&P training, this online reference tool is used in the class to ensure your employees completely understand where to find the latest procedures.  After initial Training, this tool is consistently used during the coaching, feedback, and development of your employee throughout their tenure with your company.
