Team Survey:

More and more people are realizing that working together is more advantageous to everyone, both collectively and individually, than competing against each other. As groups become teams, they create products and services that are of a higher quality than we can create individually. Learn a great model for teamwork, survey your own team, and develop action plans to address ways to become a better team. This workshop allows you to identify, explore and discuss the state of teamwork at your business.

Each team member completes the instrument individually and then the results are consolidated so that the team develops a comprehensive consensus overview of its strengths and weaknesses against each team characteristic.

The survey has been especially designed to creatively display the results and foster insightful discussion that provides the team unique insight as to how it is doing and how it can do better. The Team Survey is available both in paper and e-versions.

After the team completes the Team Survey, the unique Team Profile diagnostic allows your team to graphically identify its stage of team development, and see the potential that could be obtained by achieving higher levels of team effectiveness.
